SUPER MOVIE FAN'S RECOMMENDATION: 3, SEE IT (if you have a daughter or a granddaughter under 15)

Who is in it?:
JOAN CUSACK, KIM CATTRALL, HAYDEN PAENTTIERE, TREVOR BLUMAS, MICHELLE TRACHTENBERG

What is it about?
Casey is a brainy student who, for a physics project, helps her peers by filming them and using computer aides to help them learn how to jump more successfully. When she gets around the ice, she starts to find herself fancying the chance to skate herself. The rest is a fairytale come true.

When and Where does this movie take place?
This is a modern day movie that takes place in Disney-land.

Why see it? This is a positive story with many of the predictable turn of events and others that are not so predictable. . It works as well as any formulaic move has ever worked and I recommend it for those who have a young daughter or granddaughter. The acting is great.

How about the kids?
This movie is rated "G."

Video Pick of the Week
Finding Neverland is out on DVD this week, Wayne. What a great movie about the author of Peter Pan, J.M. Barrie. JOHNNY DEPP and KATE WINSLET are wonderful. My favorite movie of last year.

Next week, we'll review Miss Congeniality 2, Wayne, with SANDRA BULOCK back in the role that made her really popular with all ages. This time she is out to help the pageant winner who is kidnapped along with the emcee (WILLIAM SHATNER).
